Terms of purchase

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Agreement
The following terms are accepted by you when you, as a customer, enter into an agreement to purchase goods from Duffy's parent company Theorema Scandinavia AB (556543-1334), hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

Minors
The Seller only enters into agreements with individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 18 must have parental consent to make a purchase.

Prices
The Seller holds an F-tax certificate. All our prices include VAT. If VAT is changed, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of any pricing errors.

Items per Purchase
The buyer may place a maximum of 6 items per order. To order more items, the buyer must place a new order.

DELIVERY
Our goal is to deliver your goods within 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during sales, major campaigns, product launches, or due to circumstances beyond Duffy's control (e.g., carrier delays).

Currently, we offer free shipping on purchases over 49 EUR. Otherwise, a shipping fee of 5 EUR will be added. Your order will be delivered to the address or the pickup location specified at the time of ordering. Therefore, always double-check that you have entered the correct address. If you suspect that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at info@duffy.nu as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once your package has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Always check the contents of your package upon arrival. If anything is missing, if the package is damaged, or if you suspect that someone has opened the packaging, please contact us at info@duffy.nu for a claim.

Transport
We ship all our packages with DHL. Any damage that occurs during transport should be reported directly at the pickup location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return
From the moment you receive your package, we offer a 30-day return period (14 days for sale items). The products to be returned must be packaged in the original Duffy box. The products returned must, of course, be unused and undamaged. Read more about how to return a product here.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange your products, you must return your order according to the same instructions as above and then place a new order.

CLAIMS

If there is something wrong with your product, you will be provided with a replacement. Please contact info@duffy.nu if your product is defective.

PAYMENT

Payment Methods
Duffy.nu collaborates with Klarna, which handles all payments for us. We offer payment by card, invoice, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and securely encrypted. No card numbers are stored. We use the latest security technology for online card payments, 3D-Secure, a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard to securely validate consumers when purchasing online.
