Deliveries

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and we aim to send your order within 1-3 working days. Please note that the delivery time may vary in the event of sales, large promotions and releases as well as in circumstances that are out of our control (eg delays with the carrier).

We offer free shipping on purchases over €49, in other cases a shipping cost of €5 will be added. Your order is delivered to the address or postal agent specified at the time of ordering. ”Therefore, make sure always to double-check that you’ve entered the correct address. If you suspect that you might have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at info@duffy.nu as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if your package has been sent from us, a change of address cannot be made.

Make sure to always check your package at its arrival. Should anything be missing, be damaged, or if you suspect that someone else has opened the packaging - please contact us at info@duffy.nu.

Do you want to return your products?

From the day that you receive your package, we offer a return period of 30 days. The product or products that you want to return must be packed in its original Duffy packaging. The product or products that are returned must be unused and without damage, otherwise a fee may apply.

How to return your product or products:

Fill in the form that came with your order with the reason for return and the number returned on the form. You will find the return codes on the form.

1. Place the products in the delivery package together with the completed return form.

2. Attach the return label that came with your delivery to the bag and then post the package at nearest postal agent.

We do not offer free returns. The return cost of €5 will be added to your original invoice. The original shipping of €4,9 will not be refunded on a return.
